The Services Family Ltd will trade under the name equals - every customer should be treated equally but their customer experience should make them feel 'first among equals'
Since we went public (quietly) in June 16, we have been busy building the new customer services portal with our digital partner Sopra Steria. It's almost ready to go and we're testing it to ensure that it gives a customer experience you'll enjoy and have things to make you join and stay with us.
Our focus is on the security of the data you share with us, our ability to use it for your benefit and to delete it on request - aside the customer information we are requird to retain by law. We want our customers to trust us because we lead by example with a culture and behaviour we, as members of the Services Family, recognise and expect.
We're developing a range of services from start-up support for Service leavers, some helpful financial education tools and financial services products which we will increase in range rapidly and as the regulatory proccesses we have to navigate allow. It is hard to become an insurer, lender and bank - and so it should be!
Our financial technology is being built to help deliver the tailored products and useful tools our customer surveys have suggested. When the new site is online, you'll also be able to tell us what you need and to help shape the business.
